Staff Screening & Verification

All ENSP staff undergo a rigorous background check including CNIC verification, police clearance, CPLC record check, utility bill submission, and validation by 3 witnesses with CNIC copies to ensure trust and safety.

Service Agreement Terms

Clients are strictly advised not to hire ENSP staff privately. Any changes in staff duty location must be reported. Report any misconduct or concern within 48 hours for proper resolution.

Trial Period & Service Confirmation

A 2-day paid trial is mandatory before confirmation. If satisfied, the client must sign a 6-month service contract. Please note, trial charges are non-refundable, and cancellations during the trial are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Replacements & Staff Warranty

One free replacement is provided if staff resigns within 6 months. No replacement is offered if the client terminates the staff without valid reason. Our backup support warranty is valid for 6 months from the start date.

Client’s Responsibilities

Clients must ensure a safe, respectful, and timely-paid environment. Any mistreatment or salary delay may lead to cancellation of service support. Document verification is encouraged for client assurance.

Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required after staff confirmation. No refund is applicable once staff has joined. Any early cancellation refund is subject to ENSP management approval.

Legal & Service Limitations

After staff handover, ENSP is not liable for any incident. In case of theft or dispute, verified staff documents will be shared for legal proceedings. Legal accountability shifts to the client post-handover.

Labor Law Compliance

All staffing and services are provided under Pakistani labor laws. ENSP holds the right to update these terms anytime without prior notice.
